Kindly email us on support@elevenpast.co.za. We will then generate an order for you and advise shipping fee and timeline as well as import duties that may apply.
Things to keep in mind:
- We try to get your products to you as soon as possible. This means we might dispatch from more than one location if you have ordered multiple items. You will receive tracking info for each shipment.
- On delivery, you will be required to sign a delivery note or supply OTP received via SMS to confirm receipt of your order.
- We need to be notified of any courier damages within 24 hours of receipt. You can email support@elevenpast.co.za
- If for some reason a product you ordered is not available, we will contact you with suggestions of similar items or offer you a full refund.

Our warehouse team take utmost care with packing to minimise damages occurring during transport.
Although we try our best to explain sizing and materials, sometimes the products just don't work in your space.
Changed your mind or product just not working in your space?
You have 14 days from time of delivery to log a return or exchange.
Items needs to be unused and in original packaging. For lighting products, we only accept returns that was not installed.
Once goods are returned to warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product value excluding shipping charges to and from you.

Item arrived damaged?
Oh no!!! Let us know and we will arrange collection and a replacement unit.
Please note that item can only be replaced with exact item and not for other items.
Time flies….so make sure to notify us within 48 Hours of receipt.
